Kiersten Crosby
Kiersten Crosby is Managing Director, Corporate HR Service Delivery, Diversity and Inclusion for FedEx Ground, headquartered in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. Kiersten joined the company in 2007 as a senior attorney and has held multiple Managing Director roles within the organization. In her current role, Kiersten is the strategic director responsible for the development and execution of FedEx Ground’s Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Experiences strategies. She is also one of the leads for the Pittsburgh Disability Consortium. Kiersten holds dual degrees in Psychology and the Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh where she graduated summa cum laude. She also obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne University.
