Sonia J. Ferrell
Sonia Jimenez Ferrell is Leadership Trainer, Mindset Coach, Engineering Consultant, a Wife, and Mother. She received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s degree in Leadership, and a Values Coach accreditation. Sonia is also a member of the International Leadership Association (ILA) and Association of Talent Development (ATD). Sonia is a passionate, highly-focused professional with history of success designing and delivering innovative training and change programs that improve team efficiency, service quality, and overall company growth. She is an accomplished presenter, negotiator, and communicator, able to build consensus across all organizational levels, and promote culture of collaboration and workplace training that increase skills levels. Sonia is a Bay area native and an advocate of personal growth for success. She currently mentors and supports college students’ programs.
