Brian Skirka is the Marketing Manager at Monmouth Park Racetrack. His duties include all marketing, advertising and promotions for the racetrack and sportsbook. Skirka is also an avid racing fan and horseplayer and has worked in a variety of handicapping roles at both Monmouth Park and Gulfstream Park.
