Miguel Gaspar Silva
Miguel Gaspar Silva is an active contributor to different working groups in Europe that are shaping the future of Utilities Industry, in particular to the ETP SmartGridswww.smartgrids.eu and to ESMIG European Smart Metering Industry Group www.esmig.eu where he drives focused initiatives. Also invited speaker in many international conferences, in particular across Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2017 on behalf of ESMIG, Miguel became member of the Editorial Group of the Smart Grids Task Force for Electricity and Gas Data Format Procedures advising the European Commission.Miguel holds a degree in Engineering and an MBA. Since February 2019, Miguel heads up the IBU Utilities at SAP, with Global responsibility on the SAP Business in the utilities industry.
