Margot C. Goodson is an experienced professional with 28 years of progressive knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in finance/accounting, project management, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Satisfaction, entrepreneurship and managerial leadership across various industries. Now having her passion as her profession, her goal is to Make D&I our DNA at SAP! As North America Diversity & Inclusion Lead, Margot is responsible for identifying, planning, executing and monitoring diversity activities related to the regional Diversity & Inclusion strategy for four focus areas, including Talent Attraction & Sourcing, Employee Onboarding & Engagement, Career Development & Advancement, as well as Supplier Diversity across all demographics (gender, race/ethnicity, LGBTQ, generational, differently-abled individuals and veteran’s affairs) for US and Canada. Margot previously led North America Finance Diversity Council, collaborating with Finance colleagues to present Gender Intelligence training.
