Pete Britt
Pete Britt, Senior Advisor, Business Strategy & Analytics, for the New York Yankees, is in charge of the newly formed Business Strategy & Analytics team at the New York Yankees. In that role Pete is responsible for the team that acts as the data hub for the business side of the Yankees. The Business Strategy & Analytics team focuses on driving revenue and increasing fan engagement through data driven insights, while also providing analytic support to all business departments. Pete has been at the Yankees for over 5 years, but his route to the greatest franchise in sports was not linear. After graduating from Middlebury College, Pete joined Barclays as a bond trader and worked on Wall Street for 3 years. After Barclays, Pete got his MBA in Finance from UCLA before moving back east for a job with the Yankees in 2014.
