Aniela Jerzy Gregorek
Aniela & Jerzy Gregorek came to the United States from Poland in 1986 as political refugees during the Solidarity Movement. They are both fantastic athletes who have won numerous Weightlifting Championships and combined have established six world records. They are professional coaches and personal trainers who have devoted the last three decades of their lives to finding solutions to being healthy and youthful. The will discuss The Happy Body Program and how they create more pleasurable, youthful lives at any age.
