Jason Ellison
Jason M. Ellison is a business and real estate litigation attorney. Mr. Ellison advises clients in business and real estate matters, including contract litigation, mortgage foreclosure, lender liability, foreign judgment domestication, deficiency judgments, judgment collection, covenants not to compete, and creditor’s rights in Bankruptcy. He is licensed to practice in all State Courts in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.Raised on Florida’s Space Coast, Jason is truly a Florida native, graduating from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, Jason earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University, College of Law, where he was a member of Stetson’s Trial Team while Stetson was the #1 Trial Advocacy Law School in the nation, as ranked by US News and World Report. Jason also serves on the Board of Directors for A Door of Hope.
