Roger Roney
Roger Roney is a presales person, and has been his entire career. He runs the global presales effort in Retail at SAP and keeps an ear to the ground on field activity. Roger has been in the retail and consumer products software business since 1993, first with startups, then with major players. He began in the category management and planogramming business. He began with Intactix, the major planogram player in the market, where he was the 7th employee with employee number was 007. He spent 16 years at JDA, then 6 years with a forecasting company from Switzerland SAF, before joining SAP in 2011. His specialties have been category management and demand forecasting. Roger holds a BA from Swarthmore College.
