Anurag Gurtu
Anurag Gurtu is a successful entrepreneur in Silicon Valley and currently heads product management at StrikeReady. In the past, Mr. Gurtu ran Product Marketing for data science and machine learning division at Splunk. In 2015, Splunk acquired Mr. Gurtu’s prior start-up where he helped define a new cyber-security market category called “User Behavioral Analytics (UBA)”. Back in 2013, Mr. Gurtu headed Technical Marketing & Competitive Intelligence at FireEye, while it was still a private company. Before FireEye, Mr. Gurtu spent time at Cisco where he was instrumental in creating and launching multiple product categories that spanned from virtualization to cyber-security. Mr. Gurtu’s first two start-ups were acquired by Tripwire and Oracle respectively. Mr. Gurtu graduated with a M.S degree in Computer Networks from University of Southern California and holds numerous cyber-security certifications including CISSP and CCNP Security.
