Sofia Castro
Sofia Castro is a driven, dynamic and fun-loving entrepreneur. Sofia started in real estate at the age of 24. Her and her husband, Bobby Castro began buying single family homes and flipped those until moving into condo conversions and multifamily properties. In 1993, she helped start Finance Team of America. The company transitioned to what is today BHG ( Bankers Healthcare Group) and 26 years later, Sofia and Bobby completed an exit sale at a $1 Billion dollar valuation. In 2011 Sofia Transitioned into Ortsac Properties. Ortsac Properties/ Management owns an impressive 2,000+ door real estate portfolio with a monthly positive cashflow of $300,000. Sofia is also a passionate philanthropist, she heads up a charity for foster children in Haiti with Food for the Poor, also contributes to the Thembelihle School in Africa, IDDeal and Operation Smiles. Sofia is happily married to Bobby Castro for 29 years.
