Molika Gupta
Molika Gupta is coach, speaker, patent licensing analyst and the founder of “Immigrant Spouses Rewrite Your Story”, an online community with members from around the world. Immigrant spouses and women of color hire her to ignite their ambition because most are lost confused and unsure in a new country. She coaches them to flip the switch to empower, embrace and engage in their new reality. Using her coaching her clients go from identity in crisis to embracing identity in transition is a blessing and not punishment, go from self-doubt and shattered confidence to owning their uniqueness, go from the overwhelm of countless changes to counting their blessings. Gupta regularly speaks on embracing uncertainty and victory through her story as an immigrant spouse, a woman of color and has been a guest on several podcasts including Becker Group Women's Leadership podcast.
