Andrea Winter
As Sr. Director of Women's & Children’s Strategy, Andrea oversees business operations and is responsible for the strategic business development of the Obstetrics & Gynecology department and it's sub-specialties (Gyn-Oncology, Uro-Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, & Gender Services) at ten locations, including the Park Nicollet Women's Center. As Co-leader of the Children's Health Initiative, she supports long term, system-wide initiatives to improve the health and well-being of children from pregnancy through adolescents. In Andrea’s role, she bridges the gaps between services, focusing on enhancing the quality of care and experience for our female and pediatric patients throughout the organization.
