Billy Rosa
Billy Rosa, PhD(c), APRN-BC, FCCM, FAANP, FAAN is an RWJF Future of Nursing Scholar, U of PA School of Nursing, PhD Program, Philadelphia. His BSN from NYU Rory Meyers College of Nrsg (2009), & valedictorian of MSN class, Hunter College (2014). He spent 1 yr with the Human Resources for Health Program in Rwanda, East Africa (2015-2016), contributing to the curriculum for 1st Masters-prepared nursing cohort in the country. He edited 3 bks on leadership, global health, & theory-guided practice & contributes to many publications. Dr. Rosa has been recognized with distinctions: International Spirit of Renewal Award from Sigma & National Lillian Wald Service Award from American Public Health Assoc. He is on the editorial board for Journal of Hospice & Palliative Nursing. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Critical Care Medicine, and the New York Academy of Medicine.
