Anthony Donovan
Anthony Donovan is an artist who brings a little bit of everything to the table. As an actor/singer, he has appeared on stage in musicals such as Avenue Q, Next To Normal, Spring Awakening, The Who’s Tommy and an award-winning turn as the Big Bopper in Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Anthony also served as series creator, co-executive producer, head writer and actor on the San Diego-based sketch comedy television series THE HOUSE. Produced on a virtually non-existent budget, THE HOUSE ran for 8 seasons becoming the longest running sketch comedy show of its type. The series garnered a small but dedicated cult following as well as back-to-back honors for outstanding regional production with two Telly Awards. This led to a sold-out live stage show and a short film “Geek Sex”, which was a top video on the site Funny or Die. Anthony also combined a life-long passion for cartooning and humor into a commission-based business that specializes in animation-style pieces.
