Born and raised in New York City, Terrance has almost 20 years experience in the aerial lift and construction equipment rental industry. He has worked with New York City’s largest equipment renters including contractors working with concrete, structural steel, electrical, curtain wall, plumbing, spray on fireproofing, mechanical, drywall, and carpentry, as well as stadiums and arenas, conventions and event spaces, and theatrical and movie production companies. As a graduate from Howard University, coupled with his extensive sales management and operations experience in New York’s construction and rental equipment industry, Terrance has a foothold in this industry that will be integral to USAE’s goals of providing world-class service that is customer focused.’
