Ken Anselment

Ken Anselment

Ken Anselment is the Vice President for Enrollment and Communication at Lawrence University, the nation’s only college of arts and sciences and conservatory of music dedicated solely to undergraduate education. In 2004, he joined Lawrence as director of admission, after having worked at his alma mater, Marquette University, for 12 years as an admission officer and lecturer in the Department of English. Ken is very active with the National Association for College Admission Counseling, and currently serves on the Ad Hoc Committee Leadership in College Admission. In 2019, Ken launched his podcast, the Admission Leadership Podcast, or the ALP, a series of one-on-one conversations with people who have been climbing the leadership mountain in college admission. Ken earned a BS in Business Administration, with majors in marketing and English, and an MA in British and American literature. As the parent of two, Ken and his wife, Gabrielle, are survivors of the college search process.
