Morgan Massie
Morgan is a Consultant with Avion Consulting. She provides organizations with talent strategies that are focused on elevating and retaining individuals, empowering and engaging teams, and partnering with clients in the design, development, and implementation of award-winning leadership development initiatives. Morgan has a Master’s in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Central Florida, a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and a certification in Positive Psychology and Resilience from the University of Pennsylvania.
