Tracy Cooper
Tracy Cooper is an independent consultant with Trinity Transition Consultants and has over two decades of experience in leading teams, implementing strategy, directing change management initiatives, and launching systems. Tracy has a proven leadership track record working across three industries: Food and Beverage; Medical Device; and Electric Utilities. She is skilled at fostering strong relationships and an expert in continuous process improvement. Her experience, knowledge and passion for developing leaders and sustainable organizational cultures allow her to facilitate the opportunities for growth and development that are mutually beneficial to both the employee and the organization. Tracy has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration; a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering; and recently completed an Advance Executive Education program in Innovation, Management and Technology at the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
