Erica Volini
Erica Volini is the leader of the Global Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting. As a graduate of Cornell’s Industrial & Labor Relations program, Erica had an early interest in understanding how organizational dynamics drive productivity and value, which ultimately led to her career in Human Capital. She has worked with executives at some of world’s leading and most respected organizations helping them define and execute their Human Capital strategy. Within Deloitte, Erica has served as a member of the Deloitte Consulting Board of Directors and the Human Capital Management Committee. But her most important role has been becoming a new mom, which has given her an even greater appreciation for what work will become in the future.
