David Stackleather is an independent management consultant focused on unraveling troubled large scale projects and helping organizations transformation into high performing and adaptable companies. In short, his mission is to help teams and organizations become better. Better in the sense of increased teamwork, increased flow, increased learning, and increased passion about their mission. Most companies today are run based on flawed and outdated assumptions about how people work their best. These assumptions around the structure, work methods, and management got us far during the industrial revolution, but those same approaches no longer work. The good news is that we know what does work. The challenge is that it’s not easy or intuitive to get there.
