Nishita Henry
Nishita Henry is Deloitte’s US Consulting Chief Innovation Officer, advising clients on topics of modernization and innovation, transformation, and customer experience. She is driving the firm’s innovation agenda working with the external ecosystem to evolve offerings and assets. She established the Deloitte Catalyst function which works with start-ups and VCs to source innovative tech and create unique assets to enable our clients’ missions. She leads Deloitte’s product management and engineering team, New Business Innovation, which is responsible for sensing, incubating, building, scaling, and operating new solutions. She is also responsible for AI, Cloud, Cyber, and Emerging Tech investments for next-gen market needs. Nishita holds an MBA from Darden, University of Virginia, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has been with Deloitte since 2005 and also serves on the board of the Girls Scouts National Capital Region.
