Richard Ausness
Richard Ausness is a University Research Professor and Stites & Harbison Professor of Law at the University of Kentucky’s J. David Rosenberg College of Law. He has been on staff at the University since 1973, is a member of the Florida Bar, and he’s published several books, more than 70 law review articles. Professor Ausness is currently examining the opioid litigation phenomenon.
