Caroleen Burroughs stays agile by constantly cultivating her growth mindset. She started as a mechanical engineer in manufacturing then pivoted to being an analyst at two Fortune 500 banks. She’s now a relationship manager at one of the largest tech companies on the planet. After four jobs and two career transitions in rapid fire, Caroleen developed a simple framework for the career search process. Her passion is encouraging women to empower each other through learning and sharing. She and her husband, Joe, also enjoy sharing their knowledge with the world through their training company, Agile Pro Tips.
