I am a catalyst for positive change! I am a Success Coach and Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotist specializing in a mind-body-spirit approach to achieve balance in all areas of life. With decades of healing modality experience, I am an energy clearing and alignment master, a Reiki master-teacher, hypnosis instructor, EFT practitioner, and NLP trainer. Retired from a 40-year medical career as a pioneer in diagnostic ultrasound, I have vast experience in international corporate education, director level leadership, and hold patents for system design. Currently, I enjoy coaching people to embrace change, release limiting patterns, maintain positive energy, and be the best they can be. Through sessions, trainings, webinars, blogs, articles, hosting the Inspiring Hope with Lois Hermann Radio Show, and my Chronicles of Hope™ book series, my mission is to shift the energy of our beloved planet to be more positive, one person, one group, one community at a time, before it is too late.
