Rev. Dr. David Alexander
Rev. Dr. David Alexander is a social justice activist, has served on the Board of Directors for the Community of Welcoming Congregations to help provide ‘a voice for LGBTQ and allied people of faith,’ and served as director of Strategic Alliances for the Centers for Spiritual Living, helping build partnerships between organizations to foster the creation of a world that works for all. Recognition for his work includes: induction into the Martin Luther King, Jr. Board of Preachers at Morehouse College, an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from the Centers for Spiritual Living, induction into the College of Bishops and Affirming Faith Leaders by the Fellowship of Affirming Ministries, and a Force for Good Award from Unity of Sacramento. Rev. David is the Spiritual Director for Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta, writes the monthly column, Philosophy in Action, for Science of Mind magazine and lives in Lawrenceville, GA with his wife, Patience, two sons and their dog Cooper.
