Deborah Hunt
Deborah Hunt is a nursing professor and writer who lives in New York with her family and the incorrigible Chewy. She loves painting, hiking, gardening, and cooking and often gets her story ideas while walking on the beach at Montauk. She has completed several online classes on writing for children and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). She has published 3 nursing books and several award-winning children’s books. Her most recent book “The Visitor from 4-D” received the Gold Award from Literary Titan and her picture book “Same Inside Different Outside” won First Place in the Royal Dragonfly Book Awards and the Gold Award from Literary Titan.
