Michelle Lemmons, RN, BSN, PHN
Michelle Lemmons is an RN, BSN, PHN with over 10 years of healthcare experience and 7 years of nursing experience. She has worked in all areas of nursing: admissions, surgery, inpatient, post-acute care, rehab, nursing home, and long-term care, and is currently the OR educator at Key Surgical. Michelle is married to a BSN, RN (Joshua) and is a mother to two children (Jackson and Opal). She is passionate about whole-person centered care, Nursing, and helping prepare, and educate individuals to realize their full potential. She believes education, mentoring, and leadership are the keys to changing the profession of Nursing and that we need rapid, meaningful change to heal our current model of healthcare and revive the nursing profession.
