Gina Marie Dropp
Gina Marie Dropp is a Chicago based Theater Artist, focused on Playwriting, Directing, and Theater Development. Her BA in Performance Arts is from Young Harris College (2015) where she focused on acting, directing, and projects as The Valentines Cabaret, which she curated and directed to raise funds for theatre students to study abroad and compete as a director at the KCACTF conference. Gina relocated to Chicago to study with The Second City, The Annoyance, and comedy theaters in areas of Improvisation, Sketch Writing, Solo Performance, and Stage management in shows as Under-aged Thinking (The Second City), Gravedigger: The Musical (Lincoln Loft), and The Solo Showcase(The Annoyance). Work with Second City moved her to play writing. She is currently an MFA candidate at Spalding University. Her podcast, The Giving Care Podcast focuses on her work as an In-Home Care Specialist. At Four Walls Theater, she is Director of Development, Marketing, Patron Services, and Stage management.
