Nicole Leier
Nicole is the Principal\Senior HR Consultant for Mindful HR Consulting located in the South bay of Los Angeles. She specializes in working with small to mid-size businesses in all industries, partnering directly with owners to build their HR infrastructures and to refine their practices so that they can operate confidently and boldly knowing there HR function is solid. Nicole has spent her 24-year HR career in the corporate world working for major corporations as HR Director and Area Director across the US. It was her work with hotel transitions, handling openings, acquisitions, and divestitures that helped her realize her passion for partnering with leaders to build something new. Discovering consulting in 2016, she realized she could partner with, coach, and develop a broader audience by working as a Consultant. In February of 2020 she decided to follow her passion fulltime, forming Mindful HR, and now focuses on working with Entrepreneurs in building their businesses.
