Robert Wynner
Rob is a shareholder of Nevers, Palazzo, Packard, Wildermuth & Wynner, a Westlake Village business, litigation and real estate law firm. He represents privately held businesses and individuals in mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and private placements. Rob also regularly counsels software and game developers in connection with licensing, development and intellectual property issues, and he serves as outside general counsel for emerging and established companies advising them on general business matters, including shareholder agreements, distribution agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, real estate transactions, and corporate governance issues. Before joining Nevers Palazzo in 1999, Rob was an associate at Bryan Cave LLP in Santa Monica.
