Sheri Dea Brown
Sheri Dea shares that she was born a real estate investor. Thanks to wise relatives, six generations have managed properties in several states in the Southwest. After 10 years in the family business, Sheri opened her own company, Caravan Properties, in 1993. For 37 years Sheri has managed residential and commercial properties, as well as land and equity exchanges. Today Sheri manages more than 300 properties. Sheri is a licensed realtor, has received the designation of Equity Exchange Specialist by the National Council of Exchanges and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Sheri has integrated a unique system into her business that can help create a win-win-win for owners, tenants and property managers. She is now offering consulting services to those interested in or managing real estate She is excited to share her specialized knowledge on options available to home-owners.
