Radhika Rangarajan
Radhika Rangarajan is the Director of Cloud Foundations Solutions Engineering at VMware. Prior to VMWare, Radhika was with Intel for 19+ years where she held multiple leadership roles. A recognized community leader, Radhika’s passion is in strengthening Diversity and Inclusion in Tech. In 2015, Radhika co-founded womeninbigdata.org, a grass roots community focused on inspiring, connecting and championing the success of women in Data Analytics and AI. What started as a conversation in a conference room with 15 ambitious women in tech and one meetup community in the Bay area is now a vibrant women-in-tech community of 17K+ members across 39 chapters and 6 continents and is established as a Non-Profit organization in the U.S, South Africa and Canada. Radhika serves on the Board and Global Executive committee for the WIBD organization and leads Corporate and Academia partnerships to raise awareness and move conversations to commitment for increasing Diversity in Tech.
