Jolena Flett
Jolena Flett began working for Victim Support NI in 2016 as their Volunteer Development Manager and then in 2017 became the Head of Services overseeing the delivery of the direct support services to victims of crime. This included the development of the service delivery model and integration of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® into the organization at all levels for staff and volunteers. She is expanding CRM work to be used by other victim support organizations across Europe. She is from New Mexico and she travelled to Northern Ireland to complete her Masters in Criminology at Queens University. She worked for the Northern Ireland Council for Ethnic Minorities supporting victims of Race Hate Crime and developing Equality and Diversity Training. She was the Project Manager for several joint EU projects including the Good Practice Plus project which involved training criminal justice practitioners and government bodies to develop good practice responses to hate crime.
