Malik Peer

Malik Peer grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. To escape the desolation of poverty, at the age of thirteen he left home with his brother to pursue a music career in Minnesota. After an adventurous music career, he found his way back to public education. At the age of thirty-seven he earned his GED. Upon graduation, Malik earned his B.S. degree in Equity and Inclusion. Currently, he is completing his master's degree in Equity and Inclusion emphasizing social education. He is also a licensed mediator, Restorative Practices Trainer, and an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) administrator. Malik has a passion for assisting and supporting all people in developing their relationship with self, others, and knowledge. He brings his passion to his profession by creating engaging and life-changing training and coaching. When you work with Malik you will receive his trained knowledge and his lived wisdom.
