Lindsey Mazza is a retail thought leader specializing in customer-centric omnichannel commerce and innovation. With nearly 20 years of extensive experience in retail, she leads digital transformation in AI-enabled integrated planning and execution, serving retailers across industry segments including fashion, apparel, footwear, personal care, grocery and high-tech. Lindsey has global experience working with a diverse set of retailers including: Ahold Delhaize, Loblaw, Brookshire Grocery, Albertsons, LBrands, Gap Inc., VF Corp, and AT&T. Lindsey has developed integrated category planning, merchandise and assortment planning processes and collaborative demand planning processes that support retail annual strategic plans, such as corporate financial goals, predicting consumer demand, reducing inventory costs and increasing revenue and margin. Lindsey leads Capgemini’s Smart Retail Planner capability and is the Global Retail Lead for Capgemini Group.
