Louise McDonald is an experienced process improvement facilitator with a focus on tailoring service delivery to meet client needs. She is a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) and Certified Lean Master. Louise lives with her husband of 34 years and is the proud mother of two adult children. She and her sister are the essential caregivers to their father.
