Doug Krug knows how to bring common sense back to leadership. For the past 30 years, Doug Krug’s passion is taking on situations where the experts have done their best without being able to turn them around. This has led to Doug being the catalyst to produce major transformations in organizations from NASA to the FBI. The essence of his “transformation-in-thinking” work is built around the premise that if we didn’t cause so much resistance to begin with, we wouldn’t have to work so hard to overcome it. Another core belief: all the answers ever needed to create any desired outcomes are already available in the people doing the work. Doug provides the questions, not the answers. He doesn’t train or consult. Doug Krug is a resultant! He has co-authored three books: Enlightened Leadership, Leadership Made Simple, Unlearning! Groundbreaking Leadership Through Revolutionary Thinking (to be released in Summer 2021). His first solo effort is The Missing Piece in Leadership.
