Sweta Rajan
Sweta Rajan envisions a world where diverse voices are valued equally. She is a recognized speaker, and facilitator, and coach. As the founder of Inclusion Advantage Consulting, she partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to reimagine barriers to belonging and transform the communities that we live, work, and play in. Her drive to create inclusive communities led her to co-found IWS Network, a social impact organization that provides internationally trained immigrant women access to peer mentoring support across Canada. She brings over two decades of experience as a scientist, an immigrant, and a woman of colour to Inclusion Advantage. Her consulting practice focuses on creating a brave space for learners in their journey to inclusive leadership. Intimately familiar with the emotional toll that accompanies behavioural change, she empathetically holds space for people as they travel from commitment to action.
