Nicola Johnson
Nicola serves as global lead client service partner (GLCSP) for some of Deloitte’s largest global retail and consumer packaged goods clients where she is responsible for the firm’s relationship with various client stakeholders, recruiting and developing talent to serve clients’ complex business needs and ensuring client service excellence worldwide. Nicola has over 25 years of international consulting/ retail experience, she brings industry-leading insights and innovative solutions that help give clients the confidence to tackle their toughest issues. Nicola has led complex global business transformations which generated strong market, operational, and project results for large, retail and consumer business clients across the globe. Within Deloitte, she has held various roles as National Consumer Diversity and Inclusion lead, Regional SAP-Technology leader, Consumer Industry Technology lead & served as a member of the Talent Council. She is currently the consulting lead for Deloitte University’s client excellence strategy, focusing on bringing the best talent, insights and innovation to client experiences. Nicola has been an active member of the Network of Executive Women. She had affiliations with the National Association of Women’s MBAs and National Retail Federation (NRF). She is a key proponent on the advancement of women and inclusion, speaking at numerous events. Consulting Magazine recognized Nicola as one of its “2014 Women Leaders in Consulting”.
