Jeff Sica
Jeff Sica Started Circle Squared Alternative Investments in 2014 where he has been a joint venture member, consultant or otherwise involved in over 800 million dollars of real estate acquisitions and developments. He currently comanages a single tenant triple net real estate fund. He has also been active as a consultant to several family offices, private equity and venture capital funds where he helps advise clients in the structure and implementation of their alternative strategies. He is also a consultant and producer for the entertainment industry. Jeff began his career more than twenty years ago, and served as a managing director for Wells Fargo, where he grew a successful wealth management practice. In 2010 he started Sica Wealth Management. He is a regular on a top-rated Fox Business Network show Varney & Co., and has been quoted extensively over the years by various publications including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Reuters. Sica is on the Advisor Board of the Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate. He resides in Mendham with his wife Lori and their three children.
