Teresa Garcia-Holm
Teresa Garcia-Holm is a Strategy Consultant in the Operations Transformation Group at Wells Fargo & Company. She focuses on enterprise payments transformations, advancing holistic, common, and optimized designs to deliver against strategic objectives. Teresa applies her expertise in business architecture and interdisciplinary alignment between process, risk, customer experience, and technology to improve cross-enterprise collaboration. She has held various positions in financial services over the past 20 years, from Sales Manager to Digital Business Architect to Process Consultant. Most of Teresa's career has been spent on process engineering for large-scale regulatory changes and complex multi-platform system integrations and new system builds. She has been a member of the Business Architecture Guild since 2017, is a Certified Business Architect®, co-lead of the Financial Services Reference Model team, and is on the Guild Accredited Training Partner® evaluation team. Teresa is a past Women’s Employee Resource Network Des Moines Chapter board member and currently serves on the Central Iowa Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Teresa serves on the University of Northern Iowa Finance Advisory Council; the Think Engage Des Moines Board, organizing TEDx Des Moines events; and Bridgewood Homeowners Association Board. Teresa is married to Dean. They have 6 sons between them. In her spare time, she enjoys leading mission trips, listening to jazz, and reading self-help books.
