Lee A. Rubenstein
I graduated Lehigh University in 1982. I then attended Brooklyn Law School, graduating in 1985. I was admitted to practice law in New York State in September 1986. Since graduating from Brooklyn Law School, I have practiced matrimonial/family law exclusively. I worked for several small boutique firms from 1985 through mid-1992 before starting my own firm in July 1992, concentrating in matrimonial/family law and related matters, including negotiating and drafting prenuptial agreements. Throughout my professional career, I have handled all phases of contested divorce proceedings, including custody, financial issues, enforcement and appellate matters in New York City and the surrounding counties. I also practice in Family Court.
