Sarah Lieberman brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant, coach and HR executive. Her mission is to help clients solve complex problems and become empowered, transformative leaders. Sarah’s expertise lies in organizational design, building tenacious diverse teams and developing talent. Sarah has honed her broad perspective through her years of working with start-ups, SMBs and midsize privately held and public companies. Her industry experience encompasses professional services, life sciences, healthcare, financial services, technology and non-profit. Sarah has completed projects and engagements and achieved organizational results in the areas of: • Change Management • M&A Due Diligence and Integration • Divestitures • Human Capital Risk Assessments and Evaluation • Leadership Development and Coaching Ms. Lieberman earned her B.S. degree in Organizational Development from Fordham University. She earned her B.A. degree from New York University. She also holds a Certification in Coaching from The Coach Training Institute and has certifications from Center for Creative Leadership and Center for Leadership Studies.
