Christopher A. Morgan is the Founder and a Managing Partner of Lantern Partners, a retained senior executive recruiting firm. He has been recruiting CEOs and their direct reports for VC-backed and PE-owned technology and technology-enabled services companies for over 25 years. Prior to starting Lantern Partners in 2003, he was a Partner at one of the world’s largest senior executive recruiting firms, serving in the Global Technology Practice. Chris is a founding member of Social Venture Partners Chicago (SVP Chicago) and serves on the Board of Directors for Rocket Wagon Venture Studios (RWVS).
