Ken Kirchner
From 2018-2019 Ken Kirchner was Vice President at Sportech where he developped initial sports betting operations. From 2014-2017 Vice President/Consultant – Daily Racing Form where he managed Tournament operations. From1996-2015 Vice President/Consultant - at Breeders' Cup where he oversaw all domestic and international wagering and simulcast operations, created first international common wagering pools starting in 1997 with France PMU, he also led development of the modern bet menu with expanded exotic wagering on every race, guaranteed pools, uncoupled entries, multiple Pick 4s, etc. He was also key participant for Wagering Security Task Force after 2002 Autotote Pick 6. From1995-1998 he was Executive Director - Pennsylvania Racing Commission where he wrote the state’s Off-Track Betting regulations and oversaw development of the OTB system. Other highlights: He was a Founding member and manager of the NTRA National Handicapping Championship, the country’s largest handicapping contest 1999-2007; He founded NHC Qualify.com - the industry's first online handicapping tourney site 2006-2015, and created Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge, the country’s biggest live money contest 2009-2015
