Leah Frankel
Leah Frankel is a “retirement journey advocate” who guides pre-retirees and retirees from their workplace into retirement, using a 3-step process she developed while transitioning from her own career to a new life chapter. Leah retired in February 2018, after completing 30 years with L’Oreal USA. During her tenure with L’Oreal, she was promoted several times to positions of increasing responsibility. While Assistant Vice-President of Sales Administration for the Multi-Cultural Beauty Division, she received the “STAR Award for Commitment to Excellence and the Desire to Inspire Others.” For the past three years, Leah has leveraged her career and life skills into a rewarding entrepreneurial business. Her mantra is: “Road-mapping the Workplace to Retirement Journey for the 50+ audience with a straightforward, stress-free and simple process.” She has been the keynote speaker at women’s empowerment events, as well as schools of business administration at local universities. Most recently, she was honored to be a guest speaker for GETSETUP, an online community of people who want to learn new skills and connect with others. Leah holds an MBA from Adelphi University, where she was inducted into its Profiles in Success Program in 2017, in addition to certifications in Leadership and Change Management. Leah’s newly flexible schedule also has given her the opportunity to spend more time with friends and family, focus on health and wellness (she trains to run 5K’s).
