Roger Kotila
Roger Kotila, Ph.D. is a Psychologist and Peace Activist. He is President of the Democratic World Federalists, Vice President of the World Constitution & Parliament Assoc., Co-Founder of the Center for U.N. Constitutional Research, and Editor of Earth Federation News & Views. He received his doctorate from Washington State University, interned at the Palo Alto Veterans Hospital, and taught psychology courses in the California university system. Dr. Kotila has a vast range of clinical experience in community mental health, and he left private practice for two years to work with the homeless. Today, he is an independent radio producer who covers anti-war, propaganda, and human rights movements. His special interest is world government to end war and eliminate nuclear weapons.
