Natasha Miller Williams

Natasha leads Ferrara’s DE&I strategy and is responsible for programs to promote diversity and foster an open and inclusive work environment. She is recognized as one of Crain’s Notable DE&I Executives and DiversityMBA Magazine’s Top 100 Executive Leaders and Top 100 Women of Influence. Natasha has parlayed her love of mentorship and career guidance as a contributing writer for several career and lifestyle magazines. She sits on the editorial board for Training Industry Magazine and the executive board of directors for the Village of Oak Lawn’s Chamber of Commerce. Natasha is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and Chief, a private network for executive women. Natasha graduated from Northern Illinois University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She is the president of her local elementary school PTA and lives in the Chicago area with her husband and their sons.
