Brent Griffith
Brent Griffith is a Managing Director in Deloitte's Enterprise Performance Consulting Practice with a focus on Supply Chain Management. He specializes in advising global companies on developing, improving, and managing multi-tier supply chains, including development of improved supply chain operating models and the automation of supply chain activities. Brent serves as an advisor to global supply chain executives on supplier selection and performance management, managing multi-tier supply chain risk, automating supply chain processes, and improving overall supplier and supply chain management. He has worked across a variety of industries but primarily serves global Life Sciences companies. Brent serves as the Kinetic Supply Chain Leader in Deloitte's Supply Chain Management Practice and drives Deloitte's program to ground leading supply chain practices in best-in-class data and digital capabilities.
